I am normally very skeptical about claims of weight loss with the latest "weird trick" or "magic berry" from the backside of the Tibetan landscape. You know those claims. We've all seen them. Here is the thing though. For me seeing is believing.
Last year I saw me lose about 30 pounds in a 1.5 month period doing Insanity. It was a lot of work but
I saw results. Unfortunately I strained a muscle or something in my back. I was not seriously injured it was really more of a caution event for me. I thought I should take a day or two off so I didn't do real damage. A year later and 20 pounds regained I wish I had kept going or had something to carry me through. I don't mind doing the workouts (they are actually fun and I feel great) it is the time that I don't have because of my job.
Recently at one of my clients office I met an ambassador for Plexus, she told me about the product and offered to share the system with me and get me signed up to receive the product. I wasn't ready then. I wanted to watch and see results other people achieved. I have seen enough now. I want in. I want to be able to watch the weight fall off of me like I see happening to others. Some are losing weight with out exercising and others are losing more weight by adding exercise in.
I am also a type 2 diabetic and I see true testimonials in person and video of people coming off of their medicine. weight loss is the number one contributor to that. My doctor tells me all the time that would solve my problems. I felt so much better last year when I lost 30 pounds and came so close to being able to come off my medicine.
I feel like if I had been on Plexus last year when I "paused" my exercise regimen I would have been able to continue losing weight or at the very least maintained where I was. All that being said I have decided to take the plunge. Take the easy way out for a change. Believe me I know that it takes effort to lose weight. I am just convinced now that by using Plexus Slim and the Accelerator it is going to be much easier.
I have not received my products yet but I wanted to start this blog as a way to document my weight loss or weight management as I like to call it to chronicle the progress I make. As I said I am fairly skeptical about things like this and I want to be able to go back and tell others, "hey, it worked for me and here's the proof" or It really didn't do much for me and here is the story of that. What I know is I see it working for a bunch of people around me and I believe it will work for me as well
